Single User Standard License

Graphics:

Use the graphics to create End Products For Sale or Personal Use provided the graphic is incorporated as part of a wider design and your final product is significantly different than the original graphic. End product may be either physical or digital in nature. You may use the files to create unlimited graphics. Additionally there is no limit to amount of End Products you may sell.

In the case of digital files, final products should be flattened and presented to the end user in a in such a way that the original graphics would be difficult to extract. End Products created should be made available to the End User in a Personal Use capacity only. Should you wish to create products for Commercial Use you will need an Extended License.

Examples of End Products include:

digital papers & scrapkits, greeting cards, t-shirts & apparel, gift boxes, wrapping paper

Use the graphics in multiple commercial projects for clients. While creating commercial products clients should never be presented with the original files. Final products should be presented as flattened images. When sending proofs images should contain a watermark and not be sent on a transparent background.

Examples of Commercial Projects include:

Seamless Patterns

Patterns may be used to create a variety Physical End Products for sale however YOU must create the final product. This means, say for example, you want to create a dress using a pattern but you need to turn it into a fabric, you may upload the fabric to a print on demand site and create enough fabric to complete your project/projects. The uploaded pattern file is for your use only and may not be made available for sale or use by others on the POD site. Your printed fabric can then be used by you to create End Products for sale or used in commercial projects for a client. You may also use the patterns to create source materials you print yourself such as with a printer or cutting machine.

 

Examples of Physical End Products include:

Throw Pillows, Curtains, Apparel, Furniture, Wall Paper, Bedding, Stationery, Calendars

Patterns may also be used to create Digital End Products this includes digital scrapbooking. You may create digital paper packs using no more than 3 pattern files to include in any one collection. For example if you purchase 2 pattern packs you may use 2 pattern files from 1 pack & 1 from the other or 3 from a single pack to complete your set of papers. Patterns should be altered and flattened. Patterns may be sold as part of collection designed by you making up no more than 30% of any one collection. Completed products should be made available to the End User for Personal Use only.

Scrapbook papers & embellishments, Cards, Hybrid Crafts, Web Backgrounds

Digital Papers

Digital Papers differ from Seamless Patterns in that they have been fully realized and leave little room for modification. You may use Digital Papers as is or modified to create physical or digital products that are not papers or patterns.

 

Examples of Physical Products Include:

Candybar Wrappers, Hybrid Craft Projects, Junk Journals, Planners, Gift Boxes, Gift Cards, Business Cards

Examples of Digital Products Include:

Social Media Posts, Banners & Headers, Web Backgrounds, Stickers, Embellishments, Journal Cards

🚫  Redistribute the Items for free or for sale

🚫  Share or resell the files or transfer your license

🚫  Create products for free or sale that grants the End User a Commercial Use License

🚫 Use Patterns to create Patterns for sale, free distribution, or uploading to print on demand sites.

🚫 Use digital papers to create papers or patterns for sale, free distribution, or uploading to print on demand sites.

🚫 Upload the Items to any stock site or include them in any collection for free or sale.

🚫 Use the Items to create items for sale on Print On Demand sites such as Zazzle, RedBubble, Spoonflower etc. Items uploaded to POD sites should be used to create resources for YOUR use only and should be hidden from the public.

🚫 Claim copyright of items purchased or downloaded for free.
